Refund policy
At Imperial Supplement & Barbershop, we check all products and ensure they are packaged carefully before sending them to you. It is possible to return any full priced items purchased for a store credit within 7 days upon receiving your order (for international orders within 21 days of your purchase date)
RETURNS
We do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind, wrong item or incorrect sizing but we can give you a store credit once we receive your returned item. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, this will be closely revised before we can provide a full refund.
Due to the high demand for our products, we apologise as we are unable to hold any items in any circumstances. After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been opened, worn or damaged, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items listed Final Sale on the website, found in the Clearance product category, or marked on the product page as Clearance or Sale may not be eligible for a return due to the nature of the offer price.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges of any of product, regardless where they are purchased from must be within 30 days of your purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Imperial Supplements & Barbershop is responsible to decide what products are eligible for exchange due to a manufacturer defect. Please use the contact us form and state exchange, with your proof of purchase, lot # and expiration date (found on the bottom of the bottle) and description of the defect.
